Make a real difference in the lives of students by providing expert behavioral support in a contract role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This dynamic position focuses on collaborating closely with educators and families to develop and implement evidence-based strategies that drive student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid BCBA certification required
Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methodologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Skill in designing individualized behavior intervention plans
Capacity to train and support school staff in behavior management techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student needs
Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
Gather and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure ongoing progress
Deliver staff training sessions on ABA strategies and positive behavior supports
Document progress and provide clear, timely reports
Participate in student evaluations and IEP meetings as appropriate
