What you'll bring:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working within school environments supporting students K-12 (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when partnering with educators and families
  • Ability to assess student needs, develop effective intervention strategies, and monitor progress
  • Dedication to ethical, student-centered practices

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs and recommend individualized plans
