An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support educational success and behavioral growth. Both onsite and virtual candidates will be considered, though you must be certified and based in Ohio.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification recognized in Ohio (required)
• Residence within the state of Ohio (required)
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and practical application in school settings
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Prior experience working within educational environments preferred
• A commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with staff and families
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect meaningful data
• Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and caregivers on best practices and behavior strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings to ensure behavioral goals are aligned with student needs
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as required for ongoing success
• Maintain thorough records and uphold compliance with all state and district standards
