Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Strong ability to assess, design, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting procedures

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students exhibiting behaviors that impact learning
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs), ensuring alignment with student IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, support staff, and parents
- Offer training and ongoing coaching on behavior management strategies to school personnel
- Collect and analyze behavioral data; prepare progress reports and recommendations
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise in behavioral supports
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical standards in all practices
