Job Description

This full-time opportunity serves a respected district near Brockton, MA, with positions available for two passionate professionals. Your expertise will support students and staff as you deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services throughout the academic year, starting as soon as possible through June.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Massachusetts BCBA License
  • Experience working within a school environment (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Dedication to supporting students with diverse needs, ranging from elementary through high school
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple cases
  • Proficient in developing, monitoring, and evaluating behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition evaluations
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative services to staff and families
  • Deliver professional development and training to school staff regarding positive behavioral strategies
  • Oversee data collection processes, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with educational professionals and administrators to ensure student success
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
