This full-time role is based in an innovative and welcoming school district dedicated to nurturing intellectual, social, and emotional growth for every learner. Youll be working approximately 7:45 a.m. 3:30 p.m. with a caseload of children ages 36, supporting both public schools and community partner classrooms in an Autism Spectrum Disorder program.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts BCBA license required
- Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or School Psychologist preferred
- Background working with early childhood or elementary-age students
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and support staff to implement ABA strategies
- Monitor student progress, maintain data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Conduct staff training and offer consultation within the district and partner settings
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects diversity and individuality
