Job Description

A full-time, onsite BCBA is needed for a contract position serving students from Pre-K through age 22, across multiple schools. This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through mid-November 2026. Youll have a pivotal role in providing applied behavior analysis services in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, making a lasting impact on learners with diverse needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification.
  • Previous school-based experience required.
  • Background in working with students ranging from Pre-K to transition-age youth.
  • Experience supporting students with varying disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between schools.

Your Impact:

  • Provide direct behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized plans.
  • Deliver training and guidance for educators and paraprofessionals.

Contract Details:

  • Location: All onsite, with travel across district schools.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week schedule.
