Job Description

A full-time BCBA opportunity is available in a K-12 public school setting located in Bristol, CT. This contract position will support a MAT leave from September 1, 2025, through November 28, 2025, with a commitment of 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The caseload will be determined upon hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide applied behavior analysis services in a school environment
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to support student goals

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license required
  • Experience in school-based ABA services preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Bristol, CT
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
