Job Description

Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based setting, supporting students across two elementary schools. This contract, full-time position begins August 4, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, offering a chance to make a tangible difference and collaborate with dedicated educational teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds current and active BCBA certification (required)
  • Possesses a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or COOL documentation (must be submitted with your resume to qualify for interview consideration)
  • Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional behavioral assessments, developing positive behavior support plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions within educational environments
  • Previous experience working in elementary schools preferred
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve two elementary schools as the onsite BCBA, supporting student behavioral and academic success
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
  • Develop and monitor data-driven applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention plans
  • Train and consult with school personnel, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, adjusting supports as needed based on behavioral data
  • Attend IEP meetings, document progress, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
