By working in this district, you'll join a collaborative team of fellow BCBAs. Youll gain hands-on experience developing and implementing behavior plans for a diverse K-12 student population, all while collaborating closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other specialists. Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CT BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working in school-based K-12 settings (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor 1:1 RBTs assigned throughout the district
- Work collaboratively within a team of five other BCBAs to provide district-wide behavioral support
- Adapt behavioral strategies to meet the needs of various age groups (K-12)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
