Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative team for the 20262027 school year. This role involves working closely with a team of approximately five BCBAs to support and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across a K12 setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide consultation and training to school staff
Student Needs:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Behavioral challenges
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with school-aged children (K12 preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.00 to $55.75. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
