Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience working in school-based or pediatric settings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and families
  • Ability to develop and deliver staff training related to behavior management
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior plans, monitoring progress and making data-informed adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to integrate behavioral supports within classroom routines
  • Train and coach school personnel on effective behavioral interventions and best practices
  • Engage with families to ensure consistency of strategies across home and school settings
  • Document all services and maintain accurate records according to ethical and legal standards
