Job Description

This contract position is an excellent fit for a BCBA who is eager to collaborate with a dynamic team and support a diverse population across K-12th grade.

As the BCBA, you'll be working on a team alongside approximately five other BCBAs, applying your expertise to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans. Youll play a key role in supervising and mentoring 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians throughout the district, ensuring best practices in behavioral support and educational access for students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Connecticut BCBA certification and LBA required
  • Experience in school-based settings or working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to manage district-wide responsibilities with professionalism and organization

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with fellow BCBAs
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
  • Consult with educational staff and families to ensure the fidelity and success of behavior plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policies
