This full-time role is designed for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students with behavioral needs in a school setting located in Greenwich, CT. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior support strategies tailored to each students unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational or clinical environments.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior interventions based on assessment data.
