Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support elementary-aged students in an educational setting. This contract role focuses on providing behavioral assessments and interventions designed to promote positive outcomes and enhance the learning environment for students.

Caseload: Elementary-aged students with behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior support strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress to adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and adapt to the dynamic school environment
