Exciting new opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work on a contract basis supporting K-12 students in Connecticut. With locations spanning Hartford, Wallingford, and Fairfield County, this position offers exposure to a diverse student population and highly collaborative school environments. What Were Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Familiarity with a range of disabilities, including ED (Emotional Disturbance), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, ODD, and LD (Learning Disabilities)
• Strong classroom management and data collection skills
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and school personnel
• Flexibility to travel between potential multiple sites in the region
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for a caseload of 1535 students (caseload varies)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective strategies
• Train school staff in behavior support techniques and monitor program fidelity
• Collect and analyze data to guide ongoing intervention and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment across assigned schools
