Your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will allow you to collaborate closely with school teams to craft effective Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and contribute directly to IEP development. Youll have the chance to build relationships with students and educators, using your skills to shape supportive, inclusive learning environments.

What youll need to succeed:

  • Valid BCBA certification with active, good standing
  • Masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Direct experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy within an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of FBA processes and IEP strategies
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting the growth and success of students with diverse needs

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ABA therapy interventions and ongoing coaching to instructional staff
  • Observe students in classroom settings, collect data, and modify interventions as needed
  • Offer training and guidance for school personnel and families around behavior management strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in regular meetings
