Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, support staff, and families
- Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans for students
- Conduct behavioral assessments and collaborate on Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Provide direct support, guidance, and consultation to school personnel regarding student behavior
- Model intervention strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented plans
- Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing adjustments to student support strategies
- Facilitate professional development sessions for staff as needed
