Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, support staff, and families
  • Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans for students
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and collaborate on Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Provide direct support, guidance, and consultation to school personnel regarding student behavior
  • Model intervention strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing adjustments to student support strategies
  • Facilitate professional development sessions for staff as needed
