Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in educational settings, especially K-12, preferred
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention plans
- Exceptional communication and consultation skills
- Capacity to train and guide staff and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support positive behavior change
- Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on ABA principles and behavior management
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state protocols
