Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience supporting students with challenging behaviors in school settings
  • Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing effective behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behavior needs through observation, FBA, and data-driven analysis
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Train and support staff and families on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
  • Collect, monitor, and report on behavioral data to ensure plan effectiveness
  • Participate in student and team meetings, contributing essential behavioral expertise
  • Support generalization of skills across classroom settings and school environments
  • Remain current on best practices and ethical guidelines in behavior analysis
