Job Description

This full-time position welcomes strong Special Education Teacherspreferably with severe licensureand BCBAs passionate about making a difference for students in PreK through grade 2. Collaborate with a committed team to deliver specialized instruction tailored to children with autism, developmental delays, and limited verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification for MA is required
- Severe needs licensure highly preferred for intensive programming
- Background working with PreK2 students
- Experience supporting children with autism, developmental delays, or other complex needs
- Skilled in using AAC devices to facilitate communication
- Familiarity with evidence-based special education strategies and individualized supports
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Implement effective interventions for communication, social, and academic skills
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to develop and monitor IEPs
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment for children with diverse needs
- Utilize and model the use of AAC and other assistive technologies
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and goals
