Job Description

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for supporting students of all ages? An exciting contract opportunity awaits near Boston, MA, where you'll collaborate with a dedicated team in serving K-12th grade students. In this role, you'll provide invaluable expertise, helping design and implement effective Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality support for students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA Certification required
  • Experience in educational settings, ideally across K-12 populations
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and team members
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and maintain documentation
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and support RBTs while providing ongoing training and feedback
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and use data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and contribute to IEP development as appropriate
  • Support a caseload of students Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
