Serve a vibrant educational community just outside Boston by supporting preschool and kindergarten learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to work full time (35 hours per week, approximately 7:45 am - 3:30 pm) with 3- to 6-year-olds enrolled in both public schools and local community partner sites within an ASD program. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments in preschool and kindergarten classrooms.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans for students with ASD.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, classroom staff, school psychologists, and families to ensure consistency and success of behavioral support strategies.
• Deliver direct and consultative services, provide staff training, and collect ongoing data to track student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with young children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in a school or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
