Key Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, data collection, and ABA therapy
- Ability to design and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Dedication to fostering inclusion and promoting student growth
What Youll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on intervention strategies
- Provide ongoing staff training and consultation
- Collect and review data, making evidence-based recommendations
- Work closely with students, families, and the educational team to ensure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
