Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and behavioral intervention strategies
• Adept at developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to provide guidance and training to teachers and support staff
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven BIPs tailored for students unique needs
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and school teams
• Deliver training and ongoing coaching to staff on ABA strategies and behavioral best practices
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing data collection
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student success
• Serve as a resource for families and stakeholders regarding behavioral supports and interventions
