Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification is required
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and behavioral intervention strategies
- Adept at developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to provide guidance and training to teachers and support staff
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven BIPs tailored for students unique needs
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and school teams
- Deliver training and ongoing coaching to staff on ABA strategies and behavioral best practices
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing data collection
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student success
- Serve as a resource for families and stakeholders regarding behavioral supports and interventions
