Job Description

Put your expertise to work supporting elementary school students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) for the upcoming academic year. This rewarding contract opportunity engages your behavioral intervention skills in dynamic school settings located near Bethlehem, PA. The position spans 35 hours per week from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with daily hours scheduled from 8:15am to 3:45pm.

Youll provide direct in-person services within elementary schools, supporting students across approximately 11 buildings. Weekly schedules may vary and could include multiple locations throughout the week, offering an exciting and varied environment. Administrative leaders will collaborate with you during the interview process to align your strengths and preferences with the ideal caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Active and current Pennsylvania certification as a BCBA or LBS (required)
  • Experience delivering behavioral intervention and supports in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to travel between assigned elementary buildings as scheduled
  • Commitment through the full academic year contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support and guidance to students, educators, and support staff
  • Collaborate with administrators and educational teams to monitor progress and adjust strategies
  • Document and report on student progress in alignment with best practices and legal standards
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
