Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students for a full school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working onsite near Berwyn, IL. In this impactful role, you'll apply your behavioral expertise to empower students and collaborate with educational teams to promote positive change.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification or extensive experience as an RBT
- Current professional state licensure for your discipline
- Well-versed in ABA principles and behavioral interventions within school environments
- Familiarity with ABLE or similar specialized programs highly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to meet any additional district or state-specific requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral support to students throughout the school year (32.5 hours per week)
- Serve students across one or more grade levels and/or schools within the district
- Conduct assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Partner with educators, school staff, and families to promote goal achievement
- Provide training and guidance to fellow staff members in behavioral best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
