Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • Previous experience providing behavioral services in a school or educational setting is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and effective intervention strategies
  • Ability to perform functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, support staff, students, and families
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers to support program implementation
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, modeling interventions and monitoring progress
  • Train and coach school staff on ABA techniques, data collection, and effective behavioral practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to assessments, planning, and student progress
  • Participate in meetings to communicate progress and adjust interventions as needed
