Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven interventions
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational staff, families, and support teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans personalized to each students needs
- Train and support teachers and staff in the use of ABA strategies and classroom management techniques
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust intervention effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with special education teams, school psychologists, and administration to provide holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert behavioral recommendations
- Maintain compliance with all ethical guidelines and district/state requirements
