Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proven experience working in K12 school settings or with children/adolescents in behavioral roles
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to design, assess, and modify behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to train and support teachers and staff in behavioral strategies
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform intervention planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on best practices in behavior management
- Maintain accurate records and reports according to school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
