Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Previous professional experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing data-driven interventions
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate behavior strategies effectively to staff and family members
• Dedication to promoting a positive, supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observations within school environments
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Train and mentor educational staff in behavioral techniques
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all reporting requirements
