Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and adjust behavior support plans in alignment with student goals
  • Deliver direct support, modeling, and consultation for teachers and classroom staff
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and report on behavioral interventions and student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and act as a resource for best practices regarding behavioral interventions
  • Coordinate with district leadership and the supervising BCBA to ensure comprehensive case management
