Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position near Bellflower, CA for the 20262027 school year.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, school-based position
  • MondayFriday schedule
  • Support students across the school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data
  • Train and support RBTs and other school staff
  • Help develop and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • California licensure/credentialing as required
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
