Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity shaping meaningful outcomes for students with significant needs. This position calls for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in an Early Years Program, working onsite with a supportive team and making a direct impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware BCBA license required
- Preferred background in school-based settings
- Demonstrated experience supporting early childhood and/or intensive needs populations
- Confident working onsite exclusively; remote/hybrid options are not available
- Reliable means of transportation to and from the program site
- Readiness for fingerprinting and adherence to compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver FBA, program development, and ongoing behavioral support to students with moderate to severe cognitive needs
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based interventions
- Provide professional development and guidance to staff during summer programming and the standard school year
- Maintain comprehensive records, preparing clear documentation for communication and compliance
- Support students during both the school year (full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM) and summer session (June 23 August 6 with varied hours)
- Maintain flexible scheduling to meet the varying demands of school-year and summer program hours
This contract position offers ongoing professional engagement, with the potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
