Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure (required)
  • School-based experience with K8 students highly preferred
  • Strong background in developing and implementing behavioral interventions
  • Expertise working with students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Providing direct behavioral support to students and staff within the Meadowood Program
  • Consulting with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to inform programming
  • Training school staff in behavioral techniques and strategies to promote student success
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings and team collaborations

Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 37.5 hours weekly from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM. The contract extends through June 12, 2026, ensuring stability in a supportive environment where your expertise is highly valued.
