Job Description

As a valued specialist serving diverse classrooms, you'll have the opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 18 students across three classrooms and collaborate closely with school staff to drive positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Maryland
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with children across various age groups is preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral intervention planning, data collection, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to teachers, staff, and families
  • Work directly with students to implement interventions and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students' educational and behavioral needs are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Support a positive learning environment across all assigned classrooms
