Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification for Maryland (MD BCBA required)
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt behavioral interventions for students of varying ages
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct services and consultative support for students and school staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust behavior plans as needed
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to all regulatory requirements

This full-time role is set at 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with a year-round school schedule. Youll manage a dynamic caseload and play a key role in creating positive school experiences for students from diverse backgrounds.
