Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current MD BCBA licensure required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 populations
  • Strong ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting students with visual impairments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior plans for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, aides, speech therapists, and other professionals
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to staff and families on behavior strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and inform interventions
  • Ensure compliance with all educational, ethical, and legal standards relevant to school-based practice
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
