Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in a year-round elementary school setting located in Ellicott City, MD. This role involves providing behavior analysis services in the health room to students of all ages as part of a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to support student behavioral and educational needs.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress toward behavioral goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Maryland BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a school environment.

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland with services provided in an elementary school health room.
