Job Description

This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Aurora, IL. This is a contract role requiring onsite presence, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to support positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Provide training and consultation to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL).
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working within a school environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
