Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a supportive school setting near Atwater, CA. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work full-time at a single site, supporting students, staff, and families starting on July 20, 2026. With the flexibility to work part or all of the new school year (end date to be determined), youll play a vital role in developing positive behavioral strategies and interventions for students who need it most.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid BCBA certification
- Demonstrated experience working as a BCBA in school or pediatric settings
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plan development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide consultation and professional development to educators and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design behavior interventions to support individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to implement effective programming
- Provide direct and consultative services, modeling strategies and guiding implementation in the classroom
- Monitor students progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Deliver staff training sessions in evidence-based behavioral supports and data collection methods
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, interventions, and progress reports
