- Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Effective communicator able to train and coach educators, support staff, and families.
- Organizational skills for managing a caseload, documentation, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students using evidence-based ABA methodologies and develop individualized plans.
- Oversee the implementation of behavioral interventions, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to teachers, aides, and other service providers.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support and maximize outcomes.
- Keep detailed records, complete required reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
