Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to a dynamic environment serving K-12 students requiring behavioral support in a busy school district near Arlington, TX. This full-time contract position spans the 20262027 academic year, running from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027. As the onsite BCBA, youll collaborate with educators and support staff, responding to the behavioral needs of a diverse student population.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Adept at managing a varied caseload, including both broad and intensive behavior support cases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 5075 students needing behavioral support, with 815 requiring intensive intervention
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans
• Mentor and guide school staff in best practices for behavioral support and intervention
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to inform ongoing service modifications
• Communicate regularly with team members and caregivers, ensuring cohesive and effective support for each student
