Step into a vital role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting. This full-time, onsite position spans the entire 2026-2027 academic year and offers the chance to make a profound impact through assessment, collaboration, and leadership.
Youll be embedded in one school location, working closely with the RBT/Behavioral team to provide guidance and support. Your expertise will bolster the development and implementation of IEP plans, focusing on students with behavioral challenges. As an integral member of the Special Education team, youll also supervise behavioral services for the district and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA license in California
- Valid PPS Credential
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations for students with behavioral needs
- Collaborative spirit, comfortable working alongside RBTs, educators, and school teams
- Strong organizational skills, ready to manage responsibilities across diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavioral team members
- Assess and evaluate students referred for behavioral concerns
- Develop, monitor, and adjust IEP behavior plans in partnership with SPED teams
- Guide the districts behavior support structures and foster staff understanding of best practices
- Maintain accurate data and provide detailed progress documentation
