Job Description

A full-time BCBA opportunity is available in Aptos, CA, providing crucial support within a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role focuses on partnering with the behavioral team to offer expert guidance, assessments, and evaluations tailored to students facing behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BCBA supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and the behavioral team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students to identify behavior-related needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Special Education (SPED) teams to develop and implement effective IEP plans.
  • Support diverse student populations through tailored behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain compliance and documentation aligned with district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA license for the state of California.
  • Possession of a PPS Credential.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Aptos, California.
  • Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract duration: Full school year 2026-2027.
  • Number of schools served: 1.
