Qualifications:
- Certified BCBA or licensed Special Education Teacher (Tier 3 or 4)
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral assessment and intervention
- Dedicated to positive behavior support practices
- Not open to RBTs
Responsibilities:
- Traveling between 3-4 assigned school sites, collaborating closely with an additional BIS and Special Education Administrator
- Consulting, communicating, and working with educational teams to provide effective behavioral strategies and maintain a positive school environment
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized positive behavior supports
- Training staff regarding behavior intervention recommendations
- Maintaining student and environmental safety; utilizing de-escalation and restrictive procedures as needed
- Using data to inform decisions and adapt programming for student progress
- Responding with flexibility and calmness during crisis situations
- Ensuring compliance with district and state requirements, policies, and procedures

Compensation for this position ranges from $56.50 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
