What youll need to shine in this position:

• Active BCBA certification
• Proven experience working with children or adolescents within an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation, reporting, and ongoing program evaluation

What your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective, evidence-based intervention plans
