What youll need to shine in this position:
- Active BCBA certification
- Proven experience working with children or adolescents within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff and families
- Organizational skills to manage documentation, reporting, and ongoing program evaluation
What your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective, evidence-based intervention plans
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff in best practices for behavior management
- Attend team meetings and actively participate in IEP processes and student reviews
