Make a meaningful impact by providing behavioral support and guidance in a school-based setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This onsite contract position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with educators, students, and families, designing and implementing tailored interventions that foster positive outcomes for learners.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid BCBA certification in the state of California
- Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and evidence-based practices
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized intervention plans for students
- Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and progress
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff and families regarding behavior strategies
- Work collaboratively with school personnel, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
