This contract opportunity, based near Monrovia, CA, offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications:
- Active national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with K-12 students in school environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Ability to support teachers, staff, and families with actionable behavioral strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and functional behavior analyses for students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct support to staff, guiding them in intervention techniques and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Offer training and consultation to school personnel and families as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports
