Qualifications:

  • Active national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school environments preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to support teachers, staff, and families with actionable behavioral strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and functional behavior analyses for students
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support to staff, guiding them in intervention techniques and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
  • Offer training and consultation to school personnel and families as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports
