Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Monrovia, CA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, focusing on delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaborating with educators and families to promote positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy and staff training, and monitoring student progress. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret behavioral data and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring effective support across diverse student needs.

Qualifications:

  • National Certification for BCBA required
