A school setting in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral services on a full-time, contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to support student development through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with educational teams to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Proven experience working in school settings delivering behavioral services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
- Knowledge of current behavioral assessment tools and intervention methods.
