Job Description

Step into a full-time opportunity supporting students across multiple schools in a vibrant educational setting near Anaheim, CA. Were seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate onsite with district staff and address the needs of diverse learners. This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 10th, with potential for continued service in the following school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across assigned locations
  • Conduct formal assessments and functional behavior analyses
  • Work in partnership with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Train and consult with school personnel on evidence-based strategies and data collection
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
  • Adapt interventions for various age groups and adjust support based on evolving caseload needs

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, with current California license
  • Experience in a school environment or working with children/adolescents preferred
  • Ability to manage a full-time, multi-site caseload (8.5 hours/day, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with virtual meeting technology (interviews will be conducted virtually)
  • Capable of completing internal onboarding and fingerprinting processes prior to start
