Make an impact supporting middle school students on the autism spectrum as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. In this contract position, youll bring your clinical expertise to the LINKS Program, partnering closely with educators and directly supporting students across five innovative campuses. This is a fully onsite opportunity located near Amherst, MA, focused solely on middle school caseloads within a forward-thinking school network.
What Were Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification and licensure
- Demonstrated experience working within school settings, preferably with middle school-aged students
- Knowledge and implementation of evidence-based practices for students with autism
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring systems
- Excellent time management, organization, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in the LINKS Autism Program
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff, equipping them with effective strategies for student success
- Collect and interpret data to guide intervention plans and monitor student progress
- Develop, review, and update individualized intervention plans as needed
- Serve as a resource for ongoing staff development related to applied behavior analysis
- Maintain timely communication with school leaders, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Submit resume and active BCBA certification/license
- Relevant school-based experience is required
- Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check (CORI)
- Dependable transportation and punctual, reliable attendance
