Job Description

Make an impact supporting middle school students on the autism spectrum as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. In this contract position, youll bring your clinical expertise to the LINKS Program, partnering closely with educators and directly supporting students across five innovative campuses. This is a fully onsite opportunity located near Amherst, MA, focused solely on middle school caseloads within a forward-thinking school network.

What Were Looking For:

  • Current BCBA certification and licensure
  • Demonstrated experience working within school settings, preferably with middle school-aged students
  • Knowledge and implementation of evidence-based practices for students with autism
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring systems
  • Excellent time management, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in the LINKS Autism Program
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff, equipping them with effective strategies for student success
  • Collect and interpret data to guide intervention plans and monitor student progress
  • Develop, review, and update individualized intervention plans as needed
  • Serve as a resource for ongoing staff development related to applied behavior analysis
  • Maintain timely communication with school leaders, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Submit resume and active BCBA certification/license
  • Relevant school-based experience is required
  • Successful completion of drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check (CORI)
  • Dependable transportation and punctual, reliable attendance
