Job Description

Make a difference in the educational journey of students as a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working onsite with a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade students. This rewarding contract position offers the opportunity to support approximately 50-60 students, implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions within a supportive school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting students across Pre-K through high school strongly preferred
  • Excellence in developing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in educational settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Ability to work onsite exclusively, providing hands-on support

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Train and provide ongoing guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and ABA principles
  • Collect and analyze data to inform interventions and document student progress
  • Promote positive behavioral outcomes and an inclusive environment for all students
